Kyla Zacharias

Head Coach
Kyla brings a strong playing background and more than 10 years of coaching experience at the high school and club levels. A former player at both Providence College and CMU.

Most recently, she  led her previous club team to five straight top-three finishes at Provincials.

Named Volleyball Manitoba’s 2024 Elite Coach of the Year, Kyla brings a competitive edge to Chaos while creating a team culture built around development, confidence, and a love for the game.

Carl Fast

Assistant Coach
Carl brings more than 25 years of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for growing volleyball in the Southeast. A former setter at Briercrest College, he has coached championship teams at the high school and club levels and continues to contribute to the game through his involvement with Volleyball Manitoba.

For Carl, volleyball has always been about more than winning. He loves creating opportunities for young athletes to play, develop, and fall in love with the game—and has spent decades helping build those opportunities close to home.

heather fast

Assistant Coach
Heather has been part of the volleyball community for years—as a parent cheering on her own kids, and for more than five years as a club assistant coach.

She brings a relationship-first approach to Chaos, taking the time to know each athlete and helping create a team environment where players feel supported, challenged, and connected.

For Heather, some of the best parts of coaching happen beyond the scoreboard.
